INTRODUCTION Professional identity define as a set of beliefs, attitudes and understanding within the professional group. TASK 1 & 2 An introduction to and overview of Corus Hotel Corus hotel was launched on 1998 by the regal hotel group. It is a group of 8 hotels in UK and 2 in Malaysia. This hotel is fully committed to safety and well-being of guest and staff where every people feel safe and secured(Matheson and Sutcliffe, 2018). It is a tour desk that offer help with ticketing and travel arrangement. It offer bar, pub, cafe services in a cosy setting. Although guest has an option of dining at patio that offer views to garden. Learning new skills support to move on different roles within organisation and also be more attractive to companies in which a person want to work. This also help out in standing top in the organisation industry. Hence, it enhances the career prospects in several manner of individual person by build confidence and creditability.
