Miss Mctester has the responsibility of testing the functionality which is related to the integrated circuits and within the organization he takes all the necessary moves which would be protecting it. Ethical dilemma confronted by the stakeholders The ICvendor Pty Ltd majorly invested A $10 million on the development of the integratedcircuitforthemobilephonemanufacturingcompanywhichisknownas BestPhones Pty Ltd. Just before the handling of the integrated circuits it was seen that all the circuits were faulty. On the other hand though the circuits were faulty it could perform the basic functions. Ethical response The main ethical response which can be related is that Miss Mctester does not train himself for a higher position and on the other hand he does not provide any type of training to the people so that they could reach a higher level of working.
