The SFIA can be a framework which is related to the model which isrelated to two dimensional framework which consist of basically seven levels ofresponsibility on the axis. The factors ofinfluence, skills of the business and the autonomy aspect are major factors which play adominating role in the field of SFIA. SFIA 6The update which is related to the SFIA can be directly considered as an opportunitywhich is related to the aspect of the rejuvenation towards the skills which are related to theskills management. This is considered at a time when the importance of the skills and theavailability has arguably never been more prominent and important.
