INTRODUCTION There is need of professionalism at the time of providing education to the students. There is need of working as per the requirements of the students so that they are able to get better skills andknowledge(EdirippuligeandSenanayake,2020).Inthisreport,theconceptof professionalism and dual professionalism is understood. The impact of social, economic and political factors on the education system is also part of this report. The external bodies have impact on the performance of the individuals so the same is important part of this report. The guidelines, policies and codes that are important in education are mentioned. All these has impact on success of the education. MAIN BODY TASK 1 1.1 What do you understand by professionalism and dual professionalism Professionalismis the quality of the teachers of maintain discipline in the classroom and following all the guidelines in order to attain success. It is necessary to teach the students of business and management with proper professionalism as they are the future professionals. The use of all the guidelines and policies will help the students to learn properly. It is a quality of the teacher that makes them perform better. Being a teacher of business and management I am able to prepare them for future (Aldahmash, Alshalhoub and Naji, 2021). This helps me to teach the students properly and by using professional practices. This helps me and students to maintain a decorum in the classroom. Professionalism is the consistent behaviour of the teacher to observe the practice of education. It is necessary to provide the subjective knowledge to the students as well as provide them futuristic knowledge. This helps me to collaborate with other teachers and maintain professional behaviour with them. This motivates the behaviour of the students and they are able to carry on the work effectively. It is one of the important practices that sets examples for other teachers to learn. The teacher musty be best at their job so that all the actions taken by them are best and are for the well being of the students. At the same time, professionalism is about personal appearance as well as dressing appearance (Dymock and Tyler, 2018). I always dress properly because the students learn the same. The students of business and management are adult and they will also learn the dressing sense that will help them in future.
Dual professionalismis the process of teaching and education when a teacher and trainer both teach together. The vocational and subject knowledge is being imparted to the students so that they are able to learn from the same. This assists in providing quality education to the students and they are able to learn about various aspects. There is need of working as per the needs and wants of the students. The diverse needs of the students are being satisfied due to dual management being provided to the students (Becher, 2018). Dual professionalism is necessary to provide deep knowledge to the students so that their knowledge and skills are being developed. This helps the students to develop their skills and knowledge in appropriate manner and use the same in future. There are some important considerations that are discussed below: Code of conduct:These are the standards and frameworks that must be followed by the teachers so that they are able to take appropriate decision making. It is necessary to take decisions that are ethically correct and for the well being of overall organisation. This is the career choice being made by students and delivering them quality practices is important. National bodies:There are national bodies that decide the code of conduct and working conditions. SET is an independent professional body for teachers and trainers that help to provide training and education to the students (Barnes and Butler, 2020). The teacher is able to get good recognition to carry on the work in appropriate manner. Professional recognition:The teachers must be given professional recognition so that they are able to follow all the practices effectively. There is need of working according to the conditions of the students so that best is provided to them. This motivates them to carry on the work. Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills status (QTLS):This provides professional status to the teachers. This is a programme of 6 months that provides best practice to the teachers. They are able to get recognition in the society. 1.2 Evaluate the technique of using own professional values There is key role of following professional values so that there is overall development of the students. The use of all the values is necessary for the students and for teachers as well. Being a teacher I totally agree that the values of teaching must be taken care at the time of teaching the students. The students of business and management learn from the teachers and will use the same in future (Samadbeik and et.al., 2020). as per my strong ethical practice. It helps me to take all the decisions is effective manner and for the benefit of the students. I am a responsible teacher and carry on the work in such a manner that there is development of the students and they learn effectively. The responsible teachers are best for the students and their better future. Integrity and honestly helps me to avoid favouritism in the classroom. It is important to treat all the students equally in the class so that they are able to learn the same (Seidl and et.al.,2019). The honestly is best policy and there is need of working according to this practice for future of the students. I value all the students in class and work on inclusive teaching for the betterment and development of all the students. At the same time, I use best technology in the classroom. This make my students to be adaptable. There is need of working according to the trend in the education and using such resources. The use of all these resources is good for learning of the students. There is need of making the classroom interactive so I keep on engaging the students in the class One of the important practice is to take feedback from the students so that best is served to them. The students of business and management are big enough so that the work is attained properly. This makes the students effective and use the knowledge properly in future. All the values and ethics followed are for the growth and development of the students. TASK 2 2.1 Elaborate the ways in which political, social and economic factors impacts the education policy Political factors: It includes community regeneration, influence of national events, European union, national and devolved government responsibility, business and skills development; government legislation. These events impact the educational system and are followed for providing best education to the students. Social factors: Raising standards of students, promoting widening participation, engaging under- represented groups etc. are important part of social factors (Tran and Pasura, 2021). These factors are necessary and help to enhance the value of professional students in the society. All the local initiatives are developed to enhance the literacy rate. Economic factors: By providing effective education to the students the employment rate enhances. There is ned pf providing proper education and training to the students so that they are able to learn in proper manner and become employment ready.
2.2 State the impact of current educational policies on curriculum Education policy is being designed by government for the benefit of students and to provide them best knowledge. It is seen that the education policy is developed so that the work is managed properly (Carrim, 2019). The education policies make the students effective and they are able to use the same in future. They are made employment ready with the education system that is provided to them. 4.1 Explain key aspects of policies, codes of practice and guidelines of an organisation Health and Safety Act, 1974:All the teachers, students and other helping staff as well as management team is important for the organisation. There is need of taking care of their health and safety so that they are able to live a better life(Rusilowati and Wahyudi, 2020). It is necessary for me to teach the students of business and management that following the act is important. The Equality Act, 2010:It is important for the teachers to follow the equality act. There are different students and the teacher must provide equal opportunity to all of them. This will make the students confident and attain success by working effectively. Data protection Act 1988 in schools:The data and information of the students must be kept safe and confidential. It helps to keep the students motivated and ae able to share all the personal data required by school. It is necessary to use the information for the purpose it is taken. 4.2 Analyse the impact of organisational requirements and expectations This is necessary to take care of all the requirements and following them so that students are trained properly. This will help to manage the working and attain the best curriculum practices. I keep on accessing the situation and check the regular updates so that the latest information is shared with the students (Molla and Nolan, 2019). There is need of following all these acts so that the students are able to learn same. The equality act will motivate them and they will be able to achieve success and growth. TASK 3 Explain the roles of stakeholders and external bodies in education and training Stakeholders ae the people who are interested in the information of the company and have power to influence the decision making. There are various stakeholders in the field of education
and training such as IT support, professional bodies, staff members, parents, students, and others. The key role of stakeholders is discussed below: The major decisions are taken by approval of stakeholders. They help in bringing changes in the operations of organisation and use them for the benefit of the students. It becomes necessary to manage the work in effective manner for benefit of all. The stakeholders work to formulate improvement of the school. The members of the committee will benefit all the students so that effective decisions are taken (Napal Fraile, Peñalva-Vélez and Mendióroz Lacambra, 2018). The stakeholders so that all the students are involved in all the activities. This is necessary to develop all the students. They involve activities in the school and work on enhancing the participation level of the students. The students are motivated to work effectively so that they are able to get good marks in the examination. There is need of bringing changes in the infrastructure so that better policies are made. The use of smart boards and updates resources is necessary to provide the students better place to learn. The stakeholders analyse the situation and then take best decision for the organisation. Why being accountable to stakeholders and external bodies has impact on organisations Accountability can be understood as being liable and answerable for all the actions that are being taken. It is necessary to take wise and right actions so that it is easy to answer the same. The stakeholders and external bodies provide some targets that must be attained and real success of organisation take place. The qualified and standard teacher follow and carry on the work that is allowed to them so that no one can question them. They are being given awards and other things that motivate them and assist them I carrying the work effectively on right time. There is need of following the practice of effective time management as it is necessary to achieve success. The work experience is necessary to carry on the work and having agreement of all the stakeholders. It also helps me as a teacher to enhance my skills. The stakeholders always help and provide best advice to me. It becomes necessary to attain success and follow the work in appropriate manner. The staff development activities are necessary to undertake for the benefit of the organisation.

It enhances the flexibility and all the changes that are important can be implemented. It also helps to include all the important aspect in the curriculum that are necessary so that real success of the organisation takes place (AlAbri, 2020).. The level of students is dependent on the curriculum that is used to teach them. It helps me to take necessary actions for benefits of all the students. There is need of carrying the work in effective manner and as per the needs and wants of the stakeholders. The use of proper communication makes me active and helps me to deal with all the changes that place. There is impact of developing network so that the same can be used at the time of requirement.
TASK 4 In PPT CONCLUSION From the above report, it is concluded that education and training plays a major role to tech the students. It is necessary to provide them better knowledge It becomes important to know about the requirement of the students so that they are given best facilities. The concept of professionalism and dual professionalism is understood in the report. The impact of various factors of education and training is also important part of this report. There are certain guidelines and policies that must be followed by the organisation for their success. The external bodies are important and assists in carrying the work effectively. By developing contacts with them success is achieved.
