INTRODUCTION
The principle and values within the healthcare setting are very important in order to
provide the aspect which is related to ethics, norms, and moral values. In addition, the principle
and values in health and social care help to guide that provides the put the interest of the

experience is used to be provided from the past working or experience. In addition, the report is

care home. The line manager is usually providing annual appraisals. Moreover, the manager
requires a learning-based work experience which is based on the reflection on the past working
experience. In addition, the reflection is usually helpful for the line manager in order to
investigate and interrogated. The learning that the individual gains from the past working
experience. Reflection is defined as a process that held the person or individual to gain insight
into the professional practice by thinking analytically about any element of it. Moreover, the
insights are usually developed and lessons learned can be applied in order to maintain good
practices within the health care setting. It can also lead to creating various development and
improvement which is based on personal and professional development and also providing the
aspects towards the service user. In this, the different people are usually learning in various ways
and the person learns by reflecting on the positive outcome and others. It was most useful to
focus on situations that are challenging in order to gain more experience. Moreover, it is also
analyzed that it is essential towards the reflection that is done in the way the experience to the
number of people. The purpose of the reflection in the health in social care is very important
because the reflective practice is usually about looking back and reflecting upon an experience

Alzahrani, 2020).

reflective process where it help to enable a worker in order to explore and identify their feelings

important and improve for the future in addition the reflective practices usually is able to achieve
a better awareness of them self-knowledge and understanding skills and competencies and

P2 Elaborate model and tools used for reflection in health and social care practice
In order to share the experiences of the past working within any organization of the
workplace. The communication tool is used as the part of reflective tool. The communication is
useful in order to reflect the experience which may generate knowledge. In this, particular
models and tools are used to show the aspect of reflection in the health and social care practice.
The major used model, in order to reflect the experience, is based on the Gibbs model or Kolb’s
model. Gibbs reflective cycle is one of the most famous cyclic models of reflection leading with
the six stages that are helpful to explore the experiences of the past working at measure the
include description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion, and action plan. In addition, the
main idea of the Gibbs reflective cycle is to show the systematic reflection that includes feeling,
action plan, and many more which is helpful to provide a meaning of experiences towards the
working. The idea of the model is to customize reflection and isolate feeling the different stages
usually help to slow down the thought process. So, it is difficult to jump to a conclusion in an
instant way. Moreover, they describe their path of experiences which is based on the Gibbs
reflective cycle (Bellelli, 2020).
