 Managers are our leaders and must be
respected. Good relationship with the
manager will also ease his work. To avoid
many troubles, one should ensure that
there is a good rapport with the top
management.
 This will also ensure team work is
achieved.

Use of language
 Communication sums it all. We must
have effective communication always in
work places.
 People need to communicate with each
other in a friendly language and tone to
avoid misunderstandings.
 There must also be a structured
communication channel for the better
case.

The benefits of integrity
 Integrity is one of the most important
ethical behaviours. It is an important
virtue that managers everyone will
always expect an individual to possess
whether in private or public sector.
Integrity encompasses every undertaking
in any company because everything done
around integrity always become a
success.

Accountability and
professionalism
 Employees must be held accountable in
whatever they do. Accountability can be
linked to professionalism because
anybody who is accountable usually
prove that they are professionals in a
particular area (Mellahi, Morrell & Wood,
2010).

Participation in team work
 Team work is highly required in work
places to improve and speed up the
output. Employees are expected to
corporate wholly, not only with their
colleagues, but with the top management
too. For example, saying good morning
colleagues shows how one is concerned
about others.

Conclusion
 Professional skills are highly important in
any company. The employees are people
who market the company in many
platforms. Therefore, their integrity,
professionalism, commitment to work,
and accountability among others are very
critical to any company which aspires to
excel in its endeavours. The management
will explicitly look forward to hiring those
that can show the mentioned ethics.
