Professionalism is an important concept when it comes to career
advancement.
This is because professionalism helps individuals achieve their
career objectives and improve their skill set.
This presentation looks at examining quality assurance and
improvement arrangement for improving professionalism.

 In the quality cycle, there is many function
for self assessment and self evaluating which
need to understand the school so they can do
this in the effective way.
