INTRODUCTION Therearenotanysinglefunctioncanimproveanyorganizationsallover performance. All functions within business environment give their equal contribution the improvement of any organization's performance. A company or business is always focuses on covering such activities which are giving great return. There are some major functions of the any organization are production, marketing, planning, and managing human resource, etc. Specially with of the help of these functions an organization is able to improve their performance in the market. There are businesses take many actions towards improve their particular performance, like; taking training sessions, implementing new business strategies, employ modern marketing tactics etc. Here this is discusses the organizational performance of the Mo's Meals. In this company their business systems and functions are giving effective contribution in its performance improvement. LO1 P1: Functions, Systems and Processes These all are major aspects of the company which manage by its top-level management. There are functions, systems, processes are something similar to each otherbutnotfully.Theseallarecompletelyinterrelatingwitheachotherwhich specifically defined below; Functions:Functions of the company are basically such activities which it regulates for the purpose of improve their all over business performance (Hijal-Moghrabi, Sabharwal and Berman, 2017). There are major functions of the Mo's Meals are; production, packaging, finance, accounting etc. Systems:Here system indicate the structure of the company. In which all functions, processes, planing etc. are regulating under this. The management of the company is responsible for manage all systems productively for gain high profit in the market. The company also need to set-up their all division in systematic form. Processes:Processes are such things which the company proceed for done any work in systematic form. Processes are indicating such steps of the company which it takes for improve their all over performance in the market (Huff and et.al., 2016). Suppose 1
marketing is a function of the company, but steps for conducting marketing activities are processes. There are many types of functions, systems, and processes the company need operate in their business environment. This is too necessary for gain high competitive advantage in the market. There are many things are also comes under the business environment which highly impacting to the Mo's Meals in both term; positively and negatively. For example: customers, suppliers, competitors, market trends etc. Here is thefirstpriorityofthemanagementofMo'sMealsistomanageallaspects systematicallyinitsbusinessenvironment.Currentlythetop-managementofthe company is too effective, because it divided their major tasks into two parts. It also setted two directors (Managing and Finance) for perfectly supervise both parts of major tasks. Here is another major responsibility of the management is to build effective and good relationship with the customers (Kifle, 2019). The main reason behind the last statement is, currently here is large competition in the market. In this case it highly needs to make effective relations with all stakeholders in the market. Currently the Mo's Meals improved 8 employees to 20 employees within business environment which is good, but there are also many opportunities for this to more expand their business operations in the market. Here is orders of the customers are firstly taken by the admin section and then that spread in all divisions of the company, like; production and accounts. This process is also good but not much effective, because when admin sends these order forms to different divisions, then this process become very time-consuming. So, to proceed the process of sending order forms in fast manner, the company need to start the use of personal website or online control panel. P2: Contribution of Business Systems In the Mo's Meals company there are many business systems are existing which the management is controlling in very productive way. These all systems are very helpful for the company to improve its performance in the market. The Management System:Here is one managing director of the company which is responsibleforsupervisetheproductionandpackingfunctions(Anderson,2019). These are most important functions of the Mo's Meals which managed by the managing director. There are 12 cooks and assistants are working under the managing director. 2

The company divided their major tasks or functions in both directors; the managing and the finance which is good thing. This step of the company is reducing many errors and complexity within business environment, because all are responsible for their respective task. So, this systematic environment for the business functions is helping to the Mo's Meals in rise their profit year by year. With the support of this system the company was able in rise orders and profit in the last two years. So, this is how the management system is contributing in sustainable performance of the company. The Finance System:In the Mo's Meals here is specific position for the finance director which is supervising the all activities related to the admin, delivery and logistics (Hage, 2018). After the production and packing task of the managing director here is the next task for the finance director. It is putting their high efforts in manage the counter of admin. It is not easy task to handle all orders of the customers by transfer them in different sections like production and accounts on time. Here the finance director manage these order of the customers systematically. In the company when production section prepared the meal then the finance director is responsible to choose suitable way to deliver that meal to customer. There are 8 employees are comes under the finance manager's command. Here is this director is completely focuses on deliver company's meal to the customary in safe manner without decreasing quality of the meal. So, this system is giving effective contribution in sustainable performance of the Mo's Meals company. The Admin System:The admin system is also playing great role for the company in the current time. The admin is responsible to take orders from the customers by phone and email. Then it is also responsible for covert those orders into triplicate forms for transfer them to the productionand accounts sections (El-Majali, 2016). Admin stays one order form always on own counter. The admin stay touch with all divisions of the company for be up-to-date about production process. It is also work as a mediator in the company, because it sends one department's message to the other department. So, here is the admin system is completely managed by the managing director of the Mo's Meals.Thereare variousfunctions oftheadminsystemarealsohelpfulfor the company to improve its performance. 3
The Production System:This system of the company playing on of the major roles, because with the help of this the Mo's Meals is able to produce meals which customers are demanding from the company. It is firstly collecting the form of customer order from the admin. Then it sees for set new order in the exiting production schedule for produce the new order meal on time. The production department also work on the basis of deadline of order. It is also identifying needed raw-material is available or not for fulfil orders of the customers. It is really systematic procedure of the production department. The company is always trying to deliver meals to the customers before deadline (Tan, 2019). In which the production department is very supportive to the company. These functions of the production department are also helpful in provide effective satisfaction to the customers. So, this is how the production systemgiving great contribution in the sustainable performance of the Mo's Meals. LO2 P3: Impact of Internal and External Factors Therearevariousinternalandexternalfactors arehighly impactingto the business systems of the Mo's Meals in both terms; positively and negatively. There are SWOTandPESTLEmodelsusedforinternalandexternalfactorsrespectively. Concepts of these models are helpful in perfectly analyse the impacts of internal and external factors on business systems. SWOT Analysis (Internal Factors) Strengths:TheMo'sMealshaseffectivemanagementsystemintheirbusiness environment. Their all major functions are divided into different parts. There are different people in the company are responsible for different tasks. Suppose the managing directorisseetheallactivitiesrelatedtotheadmin,productionandpackaging departments (Lau, Lee and Chung, 2019).So, these all conditions are the symbol of good and effective management in the company. These strengths make more motivate to the manager for operate all systems and processes of the company more effectively and which is too good in the improvement of their performance. Weaknesses:Currently company's marketing function is not much effective. Many of the activities under the marketing function are running very slowly which not good for thebusinesssystemsandprocessesofthecompany.Hereisthetop-level 4
management of the company need to focus on their marketing aspect to gain huge competitive advantage in the market. Opportunities:Here is great opportunity for the company to expand their business in thenewmarketsegments(Baranchenkoandet.al.,2019).Currentlycompanyis succeed in build large customer base in the market, but here is another opportunity for the company to employ digital marketing aspect in their marketing functions for gain more customer base. Threats:Here is the biggest threat for the Mo's Meals is day by day increasing market competition.Therearemanyothercompaniesarealsorunningtheirbusiness operations in the same market of Mo's Meals. So, it will become more challenging for the systems and processes of the company if the management will not improve its business strategies. PESTLE Analysis (External Factors) PoliticalFactors:Politicalfactorsareimpactingtothebusinesssystemsand processes of the Mo's Meals when the government impose taxation on it. In this case the company is responsible for pay the full tax amount to the government of the United Kingdom. Economic Factors:UK is one of the richest countries of the world. In this case people of this country are easily able to afford the products and services which the Mo's Meals company is offering (Mafimisebi, Obembe and Aluko, 2020). So, these factors are also impacting to the business systems and processes of the company in positive term. Social Factors:Social factors are too favourable for the Mo's Meals in the United Kingdom. People are here very literate and ready to pay any cost for buy quality products and services. In which the management need to employ these conditions in their business systems and processes for provide quality meals to the customers in the market. Technological Factors:The company is able to gain many advantages in the market by implementing the latest technologies in the business systems and process. Currently there are technological gadgets and tools are available to the company which will help to the Mo's Meals in improve its all over performance in the market. 5

Legal Factors:The top-level management of the company need employ laws and regulation in their business systems and processes for run all operations in legal form. Incaseifthecompanycompletelyfollowsthealllegalterminologieswithinthe operations, then it also able to gain effective goodwill in the market. Suppose the marketing aspect of the Mo's Meals is something weak. In this case it is constraint to its systems and processes to gain effective results in the market. Here another constraint is current market situations. Nowadays the market competition is too high for the company. So, this is also a negative impact on the business systems and processes of the company (Gleeson, 2018). In which the managing director of the company need to develop some business strategies to perfectly handle these internal constraints. In other hand thebenefitsare, the company is able to expand their business operations in the new markets. Here is the management also motivate to develop their business strategies on the basis of current threats. Another benefit for the company's systems and processes is, these will become more effective than the current time, because here is great opportunity for the company to employ digital marketing tools in their marketing operations. These benefits of the eternal factors are also helpful for the Mo's Meals to improve its performance. Constraints and Benefits of External Factors 6

Impacts of external factors upon company's systems and processes are very beneficial. Suppose the social factor are too good for the company, because people in the United Kingdom are ready to pay any cost for buy quality products and services (Organization Performance Improvement,2018). In which this is benefit to the company, because it is able to improve their meals quality on people's demand. There are impacts of technological factors are also too beneficial to the Mo's Meals. The main reason behind this statement is, with the help of technological factors it is able to improve their all over sustainable performance in the market. CONCLUSION It can be concluded that there are various functions, systems and processes are operating by the management of Mo's Meals. The major functions of the company are production, packaging, delivery and logistics etc. These all are completely supervising by the managing director and finance director in very proper manner. With the effective systems and processes the company succeed in rise their profit in the last two years and currently it still on their progressive path. The company need implement such technologicalgadgetsintheirbusinessoperationswhichwillhelpitingainhigh competitive advantage in the market. There are various external and internal factors are also highly impacting to the business systems and processes of the Mo's Meals. In these factors many of them too beneficial and rest are constraint to the company. The management need to avoid all those things within operations which negatively impact to its brand image. By developing such new and effective strategies within the systems and processes the company is able to improve its sustainable performance in the market. 7
