Introduction
A business can be success by using various strategies and methods. In this report the topic
which is taken is communication. Asa communication is the best attribute which is should be
very effective in the business organisation to become succeed in the market and to gain
competitive advantage among competitors. Communication is the conversion between two
people, whether it can be between employer and employee or with the customer and employees.
So, this should be very effective as a person should understand what the other person is speaking
and this result in making effective communication in an organisation (Bambini, and et.al., 2020).
Communication is having certain models and some of the abilities which everyone should have
in them. By using communication process, a sender and receiver could do effective conversion.
If the tone of communication is good then the overall results will also be good and there could be
increase in company productivity and their profitability. In this given report there is a discussion
of communication in the organisation, how there could be effective communication in the
company, what are the various types of organisational communication, why it is important and

organisation because it is the only one which can make or break the organisation. Organisation
communication is the process of sharing an information in such a manner that there is a sharing
of organisational plans, gaols and policies and rules to staff members and employees. It plays an
essential role in building the success of an organisation (Communication Theory: Definition,
Framework and Theories, 2020). The major importance of this communication in an organisation
is that it keeps employees informed about the task which is to be preform, this helps them in
achieving their goals and objectives in effective manner. Next is through communication
employee will try to engage with each other and becomes socialize. Organisational
communication d very necessary in controlling the performance of employees by the manager of
a company.
