Project Objective:
The objective stated in the project is to develop detailed plan for the web based project
for a welfare organization named Dog Save. This project will develop a mobile application, this
project will help many users to login from different parts of Australia and use the same system at
same time. This project aims at developing a web based system that leads to record all the details
of the dog in the system. This project includes the stakeholder register as well as stakeholder
management strategy who are included in completing the project. This project also includes team
contract that states the contract of team members in project. There is SDLC model that is to be
included in the project and proper identification of the SDLC model is chosen for completing the
project. There is a work breakdown structure that states all activities that are needed for
completing the project. There is a critical path method for completing this project and the total
time that is taken to complete the project. The organization that is included for this project is the
Dog Save. This is an oldest welfare organization and relies of the donations as well as gifts
provided by generous dog lovers. They wants to keep all the records of their dogs including their
name and other details in the system so that it gets easier to search the records.

Main Project Success Criterion:
The criteria for completing the project is all stakeholders should be paid within the time
and all stakeholder payment should be made within one month completion of the project.
Project Approach
 Approach of project includes detailing a project plan for the web based system that will
record the names of the dogs associated with Dog Save.
 This project will be a mobile software project which is being upgraded from the web
based project.
 This project will improve the efficiency of present web based system of the organization.
2. Stakeholder Register and Stakeholder Management Strategy
The stakeholders associated with project are associated project manager, the financial
manager, the quality analyst, the project sponsor, programmer, testing team, and other team
members associated to complete the project.
Managing the stakeholder is basically done in different stages and this stakeholder
management might help to manage all the stakeholders involved with the project. The
