4.1 Reflection (in 300 words)
Our project was developed for the innovative and
effective alignment of the works and it also helped in synthesizing the
innovative and effective work alignment and development. From the
study of Heagney (2016), we were clear that the project work
alignment would be done by the team members. Ayan Sentuna was
the project manager responsible for the completion of the project in
time, expenses of the project, resource usage, and approval of the
project are all the responsibilities of the project manager. Mumammad
Tibiyaan Qureshi was the site manager responsible for the site works
and making sure all works at the site is completed successfully. Sai
Krishna was the client manager responsible for the effective
communication with the clients and conveying information to the team
members. Jaroomy Mariyaseelan was the quality manager who was
responsible for effective management of the quality of the end
products and conveying quality requirements to the team members.
Three meetings were held in lab18 as on 6/12/2018, 13/12/2018, and
20/12/2018 respectively from 12:10pm to 1:10pm. By studying the
works of Nicholas & Steyn (2017), we were clear of the
communication methods for the project and the team communication
was executed by the use of the meetings, reports, and one-to-one
conversation. These methods of conversation are very helpful for
conveying information to the required team member and implying the
utilization of the successive work formation (Kerzner, 2018). I was
supported by my team members and it also resulted in forming the
ground for implied management. From our study of Larson et al.
(2014), we were clear that the leadership qualities required for
successful completion of the project would include leadership,
effective communication, work experience, management, and
understanding.
