The Corwin corporation is one of the most old and prestigious organisation in the
field of the low cost rubber production and rubber components. While the organisation signed
the project with the peters organisation, the organisation had many plans to develop the
project. The organisation produces plans and takes decisions by the joint undertaking with the
working condition (Kuipers et al., 2014). The process of the developing the delivering
process stated by knowing the problems of the organisation and knowing the specific needs
of the organisation. In order to make the project work in a successful way both the
organisation is needed to understand the problems of both ends. If there is not any proper
understanding there might be loss for at least one of the organisation (Larsson et al., 2014).
The nessacery changes that are required in the process of providing a proper report is to make
sure that the report must not only got the summery of the entire task but all the vital
components are explained to both the parties in order to enhance the business deal. The date
and time of the signing document must be fixed beforehand so that there is less amount of
confusions among both the parties.

There were many problems in the project plan of that were produced by the Corwins.
These backlogs impacted on the scopes, time, cost and the quality of the products that were
