This project logbook is designed to track progress and performance of a learner during their professional placement. The logbook covers tasks achieved, challenges faced, and lessons learned over six weeks. 1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
Project was formed to explain the importance and advantages of
implementing digital technology in organisation.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?
Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
Yes, project is able to achieve the aims and objective of task. All the
task requirements are tried to achieve by presenting practical
overview and situations.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and
project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
There are different case studies and practical analysis are
provided with project title. These are enough sources to design a
report and presenting the informations in effective manner.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they
tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution
during the project process?
Communication and coordination were the major problems which
come across the task and by setting a training and development
programs the conflicts get resolved in given deadline.
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?

I learned that how new changes and tactics can be levied in
organisation by effective management tactics and strategies.
6. How would you rate your performance as a management
consultant leading the project?
I would like to give 6 out of 10 because there are some areas
where I need to use external sources outside from organisation.
7. What strengths and weakness of your performance did you
identify?
I remain confident while adopting challenges and task this is my
main strength. I become demoralised when I do not get proper
response from my team members and colleagues while presenting
the task.
8. How will this inform and support your continuous professional
development?
I learnt how to manage the task force and teams by effective
communication and convincing skills. There was some factors got
detected where I also need improve my personal and professional
skills.
