Project sponsor is the key individual that takes the overall accountability for the
entire project. It is found that the project sponsor is generally concerned for making sure that
the project is able to deliver all the agreed benefits.
1.5 Project manager
The project manager are the individual who are mainly responsible for delivering the
project with the help of authority as well as responsibility from the project board in order to
execute the entire project on day to day basis. In addition to this, it is found that the project
manager are also responsible for managing the project team as well as preparing and
maintaining the various stages of the project.
