INTRODUCTIONChanges with the organization or any other type of institution take place frequently andthese are done so that the quality of services that are delivered can be improved (Kadolph andMarcketti, 2016). Main focus of this project is made is to deliver proper services in relation withbuilding a management software for London Campus. In order to make such type of activities, itrequired to make interpretation of the activities that will be included in this process. Apart fromthis, there are many risk that are involved in the process of project development and it is essentialthat make sure that all the operations that are covered can be completed in effective manner. All the otheractivities are not that important. Those are the activities that can be completed whenever theproject manager is willing to complete. In total there are 8 of the activities that are required to becompleted within the speculated time period. When this is not completed within the time that isdecided by the project manager, then the project will be a failure (Calvo-Mora, Navarro-Garcíaand Periañez-Cristobal, 2015). The project will have negative impact, when all the peopleinvolved are not able to complete them. Other than time, even cost is included and it is importantthat with the budget that is determined all the activities are completed. When this is not done andthe balance that is set exceeds, then it a type of risk.
