10+8+6+9+6+5+4+91+8+1= 148 daysIn accordance with the above network diagram show, it can be stated that all the redmarked numbers are the critical pat that are highly important to be followed. All the otheractivities are not that important. Those are the activities that can be completed whenever theproject manager is willing to complete. In total there are 8 of the activities that are required to becompleted within the speculated time period. When this is not completed within the time that isdecided by the project manager, then the project will be a failure (Calvo-Mora, Navarro-Garcíaand Periañez-Cristobal, 2015). The project will have negative impact, when all the peopleinvolved are not able to complete them. Other than time, even cost is included and it is importantthat with the budget thatis determined all the activities are completed. When this is not done andthe balance that is set exceeds, then it a type of risk.IDDurationESEFLSLFSlackSetting the target goals of BMS implementation500555Setting stakeholders expectations1055151510Proper and adequate documentations, contracts andagreements8151523238Setting out operational plans and policies6232329296Identifying resource requirement i.e. humansource, funds and equipment’s9292938387Plan for managing risk6383844446Collection of funds5444449495Hiring project team i.e. technical expert, websitedeveloper and others4384542494Purchase hardware and software license and others124949616112Testing system functioning5616166665Continue monitoring of the system functioning andwork execution106671768110Regular reporting156666818115Conducting meetings56666818115Analyzing the risks4868790914Examining the progress by comparing theperformance with the targets5868691915Altering the plan8919199998Contract closure1919199998Post-project appraisal and review199991001001Submitting the final report to the project manager110010010110114
