project management plan includes plan of launching a new canned food product along with its
marketing. The planing report of the launching the product includes PESTLE analysis for
analysing influence of a range of external factors over manufacturing and marketing of the new
product.
Further, the report also shows work breakdown based structure along with the Gantt chart
of various activities to be preformed in the manufacturing and marketing of new product as to
enhance the productivity of performance. In addition, the plan is also based on the risk analysis
of the project in order to eliminate the risk involved. Various techniques and matrix for the
purpose of improving the planning and its implementation. Moreover, the planning reports also
shows stakeholder management strategy in order to analyse the involvement of various key

over the world. In this regard, launching the Butternut Squash soups will help in attracting a
large number of customers and enhance company's sales volume.
