The main objective of this project is development or
recreation of mobile application. This will be helpful in
providing day to day details about QAHE clubs and societies.

For achieving the aim and motive of this project, manager
have to distribute different task and activities to all team
member. Risk register needs to be prepared by manager in
order to control different activities.

The major issues and risk that is identified is related to lack of
appropriate funds. Timely delivery of products or mobile
application can be consider as an issue.

Task 2 – Simplified Risk Register
Risk management can be describe as a way that will helpful project manager to perform task
and activities in effective and efficient manner. This refers to the process that will lead to
identifying, analysing as well as controlling various issues and threat to project (Maylor, 2010).
There are different types of risk and issues occur while conducting activities of research project. It is
essential for researcher to control these issues and manage these risk effectively in order to perform
task in better manner. Risk management planning will help project manager to perform task in such
a manner that desired objectives could be timely achieved. While conducting this research there are
various issues occur that needs to be managed by manager of this project. In order manage
different risk, project manager have to maintain risk register.
Risk register can be describe as an effective tool that will help manager to identify and manage risk
of project in effective manner. Risk management register in mention below in detail in respect to QA
higher Education.
