INTRODUCTION The concept of project management is considered as one of the important element as it help an organisation to accomplish its pre determined goal or objective in an effective or efficient manner. However, the term project management is concern with those practice or application which combines the aspects of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and implementing with an aim of fulfilling the pre desired goals in a stipulated time duration without anyhindrances(Delavariandet.al.,2018). Therefore,practisingtheactivitiesofproject management enable organisation to meet out all requirements as well as lead them to place the project in an aggressive or competent position among competitors in an innovative style. In relation to this project, it consider the case study of introduction of new degree course in Sustainable Business by QAHE Business Management Faculty. In order to make this project successful, faculties plans a two week field trip to Uganda with an intent of gathering some interesting fact about sustainable project. In present study, it includes PID, stakeholder analysis, WBS, Gantt Chart for acquiring better outcome in a desired time limit. MAIN BODY PID In any project, the determinant of PID ( Project Initiation Document) that is also refer as the concept of Prince2 is an integral aspect as it act as the foundation of basis for any type of project or task. This is because, it encompasses the information regarding what will be delivered, when and how due to which a project manager can easily complete the given task in an improved manner without any sort of confusions or obstacles. Moreover, for meeting out all the course requirements, each students are funded withmax of £2,000 that improves the engagement ratio among pupil in a positive manner (Gist and Guy, 2019). ObjectivesTo create an awareness among students regarding sustainable development and preventing environment from pollution. MethodologyFor attaining all the set objectives, Prince2 is an effective methodology as it help in reducing the possibilities of arising issues within the project. ScopeFor completing the project, it is important for QAHE project manager to ensure that all human resources get duties on the basis of abilities. Due to which, they can reach their target in prescribed time limit. Main riskIn context of this project, it is necessary not that every students will be preferring the same course I. e. sustainable due to their perception or interest. Grouping the stakeholders After identifying the stakeholders, QAHE make an effort to prioritise these stakeholders as per their capability or potentiality.
