INTRODUCTION
The concept of project management is considered as one of the important element as it
help an organisation to accomplish its pre determined goal or objective in an effective or
efficient manner. However, the term project management is concern with those practice or
application which combines the aspects of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and
implementing with an aim of fulfilling the pre desired goals in a stipulated time duration without
any hindrances (Delavari and et.al., 2018). Therefore, practising the activities of project
management enable organisation to meet out all requirements as well as lead them to place the
project in an aggressive or competent position among competitors in an innovative style. In
relation to this project, it consider the case study of introduction of new degree course in
Sustainable Business by QAHE Business Management Faculty. In order to make this project
successful, faculties plans a two week field trip to Uganda with an intent of gathering some
interesting fact about sustainable project. In present study, it includes PID, stakeholder analysis,
WBS, Gantt Chart for acquiring better outcome in a desired time limit.

In any project, the determinant of PID ( Project Initiation Document) that is also refer as
the concept of Prince2 is an integral aspect as it act as the foundation of basis for any type of
project or task. This is because, it encompasses the information regarding what will be delivered,
when and how due to which a project manager can easily complete the given task in an improved
manner without any sort of confusions or obstacles. Along with this, PID also empower company
to understand the current market situation and also help them to make appropriate action for
obtaining profit maximisation in an amended mode (Opher, Shapira and Friedler, 2018)

Project background QAHE business faculties make an effort to design a new
educational course which is related to sustainable business so
that students can understand the significance of preventing
ethical and environmental issues and make the planet safe or

Break down of money For obtaining deeper information about particular study
QAHE faculties plans a field trip to Uganda for which each
pupil will be funded with a max of £2,000 as their travelling
expense that means the overall budget for trip is £60,000. In
context of QAHE project, the main involvement are from
business facilities who will be arranging all course activities
as well as guide students during the Uganda trip. Moreover,
for meeting out all the course requirements, each students are
funded with max of £2,000 that improves the engagement
ratio among pupil in a positive manner (Gist and Guy, 2019).
Objectives To create an awareness among students regarding sustainable
development and preventing environment from pollution.
Methodology For attaining all the set objectives, Prince2 is an effective
methodology as it help in reducing the possibilities of arising
issues within the project.
Scope For completing the project, it is important for QAHE project
manager to ensure that all human resources get duties on the
basis of abilities. Due to which, they can reach their target in
prescribed time limit.
Main risk In context of this project, it is necessary not that every
students will be preferring the same course I. e. sustainable
due to their perception or interest. This will become a core
issue for QAHE faculty in successfully completing the task in
a decided time duration.

Key Constraints Due to exceeding cost, project manager does not perform the
project activities in an effective manner.
Key assumptions For attaining better success, management and students will
give their best and also tries to make it more effective and

in sustainable business in order to resolve ethical and
environmental business issues.
Key success factors Under this, each students will be properly informed about all
the activities and also about to whom they are obliged to
report daily. With the help of such initiation, it enable QAHE
business faculties to avoid the possibility of conflicts of
interest, confusion or ambiguities among pupil regarding
project.
Stakeholders: For QAHE project, the stakeholders are students, investors, faculties,
government whose contribution support them to obtain better outcome in an amended way.
Stakeholder analysis
The concept of stakeholder analysis is related to the process or approach of identifying
the people before any specified project begins, grouping them as per their level of interest or
participation and communicate with each stakeholders for achieving the pre determined goal in a
better way. In regard of QAHE, they take an initiative to conduct a stakeholder analysis which is
discussed below:
Identifying the stakeholders

QAHE faculties make an effort to determine its stakeholders in order to improve the
overall performance of project in an improved manner. However, the major stakeholders of
QAHE are students, investors, government, facilities.
Grouping the stakeholders
After identifying the stakeholders, QAHE make an effort to prioritise these stakeholders
as per their capability or potentiality. Hence, identified stakeholders are grouped into four
categories:

Determining the way of communicating
In this component, QAHE stakeholders take an initiative to provide all type of
information or data related to Uganda filed trip as well as render them the requirements or
resources require for accomplishing the project. With then help of such initiation, QAHE can
acquire increased level of collaboration or contribution from its stakeholders towards a fulfilment
of objective within prescribed time limit (Odubiyi and et.al., 2019).

CONCLUSION
This has been concluded from the above explained report that for acquiring the better
results, it is necessary that every project should be properly organised managed so that they can
enrich the quality of project in an innovative or productive style.
