Project overview
The paper mainly showcases on the organization “Globlex” that mainly aims to
enhance the productivity by minimizing the needed cost as well as time. The organization
mainly integrates with number of positioning technologies like GPS as well as wireless
communication for helping the farmers for farming. For further serving the community
effectively, Globlex management generally made proper strategic decision for starting a
Training and Apprenticeship program for the students who are from high school. This
particular program is helping the students of high school for getting useful work experience
in order to enhance the opportunity of employment in the highly demanded field of farming.
In order to manage the entire TAHS program, the organization requested to implement one
computer-based system which further helps in managing the entire TAHS program. It is
assumed that the computer-based system will be developed within 90 days within $85,000
budget.

1.1 MOV-Measurable organizational Value
Measurable organizational value is found as one of the project goals which is
generally used in order to define the value that is mainly brought to the customers. For
successfully giving real and proper value, the project is required to be aligned with the

effectively as compared to the use the manual system
