1. Identification of MOV
The measurable organizational value (MOV) is one of the goals which is considered
to be beneficial in successfully measuring the success of the project. As per MOV, Globlex
wants to develop a computer-based system in order to provide proper training as well as
apprenticeship services to the framers and higher school students. In order to develop the
computer-based system for Globex, it is important to properly align the objectives of the
project with the measurable organizational value. Furthermore, it is identified that each of the
decision that needs to be taken within the organization for the development of the new system
is mainly based on six different areas which are elaborated below:
Strategic: It is identified that for developing the computerized system, project
manager’s needs to use different types management strategies so that the undertaken project
can be finished and the objectives of the organization can be achieved within the assumed
time.
Financial: If the computerized system helps in managing the work effectively which
further helps in enhancing the yearly revenue of the organization then it can be ensured that
the project is beneficial.
Operational: If the computerized system that is developed, is beneficial in managing
the entire operation of training as well as apprenticeship then it would further be beneficial
for the profit of the organization.
Social: The facilities that the new computer system provides must be circulated or
promoted with the help of social media for reaching to huge number of students who are
looking for proper job opportunity.

Customer: If the farmers can be able to get skilled workers then the benefits from the
farm can get increased and additionally if the student will get the job opportunity then they
found that this particular project is quite beneficial.
2. Project scope
The project scope includes:
Creation of proper plan for developing the computerized system for Globlex
Collecting various types of ideas so that the computerized system can be developed
Developing proper design of the project
Proper development of project prototype for computerized system
Code validation for developing the computerized system
Adding option within the system for storing staffing needs, capacity as well as
requirement of preliminary skills.
Adding option within the system with which information including course title,
contents as well as enrolment capacity can be added
Addition of option which can match the needs of the farmers with the skills of the
student.
3. Project schedule
The schedule that is provided below helps in reflecting that the program of training
and apprenticeship will get accomplished within 113 days.
