The project goals of the bungalow project are construction of a bungalow on the strip
footings. The construction of bungalow project consists of four phases such as design, site
preparation, building (to lock up) and building (handover). The entire construction work is to be
carried out by the direct labor which includes specialist trades like electrics and plumping. The
goal of this project is to assign the resources to the project tasks based on their skills as well as
experience to work in the construction project. In this project plan, the schedule as well as cost
management plan is to provided from estimated project durations and cost for each project
activities. In order to estimate the project cost, three point estimation techniques is to be used.
The project objectives of the bungalow project are as follows:
To construct highly recognized bungalow by meetings with quality and budget
standards
To deliver the project work on budget as well as time
To treat the project work with similar level of commitments and details in terms
of client satisfaction
To build successful and stronger relationships with the project client in addition to
architects
To maintain health as well as safety practices to high standards
To build an energy efficient building and environmental friendly bungalow

To utilize management skills as well as personal management involvement in the

The project goals of the bungalow project are construction of a bungalow on the strip

The purpose of this project plan is to be carried out the project to construct a bungalow.
The project plan is related to complete the project work in 60 days with completion of each
project phases on scheduled time. The preliminary stage of this project work is 51 days, site
preparation is 49 days, building (to lock up) is 13.5 days and building (handover) is 10 days. The
project plan is to complete the bungalow project with 20% faster as compared to provided
schedule whereas the duration is to be completed for each project activity is being increased by
50%. Based on the project schedule, the entire duration for completion of this bungalow project
is 60 days. The start date of this project plan is 2nd April and end date of this plan is 24th June,
2019.

The scope of this project plan is to design as well as construct a bungalow on which the
