1. Project goals and objectives
The project goals of the bungalow project are construction of a bungalow on the strip
footings. The construction of bungalow project consists of four phases such as design, site
preparation, building (to lock up) and building (handover). The entire construction work is to be
carried out by the direct labor which includes specialist trades like electrics and plumping. The
goal of this project is to assign the resources to the project tasks based on their skills as well as
experience to work in the construction project. In this project plan, the schedule as well as cost
management plan is to provided from estimated project durations and cost for each project
activities. In order to estimate the project cost, three point estimation techniques is to be used.
The project objectives of the bungalow project are as follows:
To construct highly recognized bungalow by meetings with quality and budget
standards
To deliver the project work on budget as well as time
To treat the project work with similar level of commitments and details in terms
of client satisfaction
To build successful and stronger relationships with the project client in addition to
architects
To maintain health as well as safety practices to high standards
To build an energy efficient building and environmental friendly bungalow
project
To utilize management skills as well as personal management involvement in the
project work

2. Project scope statement
2.1 Purpose and justification of the project
The purpose of this project plan is to be carried out the project to construct a bungalow.
The project plan is related to complete the project work in 60 days with completion of each
project phases on scheduled time. The preliminary stage of this project work is 51 days, site
preparation is 49 days, building (to lock up) is 13.5 days and building (handover) is 10 days. The
project plan is to complete the bungalow project with 20% faster as compared to provided
schedule whereas the duration is to be completed for each project activity is being increased by
50%. Based on the project schedule, the entire duration for completion of this bungalow project
is 60 days. The start date of this project plan is 2nd April and end date of this plan is 24th June,
2019.
2.2 Scope description
The scope of this project plan is to design as well as construct a bungalow on which the
interior finish is based on plaster on brick finished with the emulsion plant. The bungalow
consists of six rooms such as kitchen, main and second bedroom, guest room, lounge, laundry as
well as lounge. The permissions are to be granted to the personnel for managing as well as
viewing the construction work. The work will contain schedules, budget, assigned project
resources, risks as well as project milestones for each project phases. The out-of-scope of the
project plan is ongoing maintenance of the construction equipments, ongoing help desk services
plus support.

2.3 High level project requirements
The high level needs of this project plan are to meet with the business need for bungalow
project. There is approval of construction phases with access granted to the project employees.
There is ability to maintain construction tool with the contract support.
2.4 Project boundaries
The bungalow project is included work associated with the design, site preparation,
building (to lock up) and building (handover). The project boundaries are included requirements
gathering, input from all the construction departments, conceptual and technical design of the
bungalow, blueprint of the bungalow, testing and deployment of the construction tolls across the
business organization. It is included training manuals as well as materials which are associated
with operating the construction tool.

2.6 Acceptance criteria

goals.
3. The project should require completing on 26th June, 2019.
2.8 Project assumptions
Following are the assumptions which are to be considered while working in the project:
1. The construction groups have capability to produce a quality as well as professional
manuals and guides for the construction work.
2. The project will get support from the senior level managers across all the construction
departments.
