The firstand foremost influence of organizational culture on project management is departmentalinteraction. The culture of a particular organization has sufficient power to influence the mannerin which the different departments of the company interact with each other and view the processof project management. Therefore, it is the responsibility of a particularorganization to focus more on the regular improvement of their organizational culture so thatproject success can achieve effectively.
