1PROJECT MANAGEMENT Managing programs in Pharmaceutical research The study is based on management of program related to business decision framework in Pharmaceutical research. The decision making is the core function into the business organization to develop the healthcare demands a firm to be innovative. The organization (Pharmaceutical Research) uses gated processes such as treating stops along with project lifecycle as the decisions along with a way. The decision making into the Pharmaceutical Research is centered on the clinical problem solving framework to non-prescription usage, range of the clinical issues as well as disease management. The main focus of clinical decision making is patients as well as entire well beings (Haleem et al., 2015). The development decisions are taken as key significant organizational elements which can emphasis and decisions are taken using decision making methods. The business decision framework discusses issues around decision making. It is possible framework to make effective decisions. Importance of decision making program is to make optimal decisions while there is management of drug. The drug development decisions are organizational elements should provide emphasis and decisions into the drug portfolio by means of decision making methods should be used. The informed decisions help to avoid late terminations of the drugs (Mehralian et al., 2016). The study is aimed to explore decision making process throughout project lifecycle. The organization is using project management approach for successful completion of the project work. Waterfall approach to the project management is focused on allowing the project team members to work on the project and throughout development to facilitate changes and modifications required to reach the goal of the project (Arnold, 2016). Each phases of waterfall model are designed to perform specific activities throughout SDLC phases. In the first phase,
2PROJECT MANAGEMENT detailed requirements of the system for the Pharmaceutical organization is developed and gathered from the project client. In design phase, the software developer plans programming language and higher level technical details of the project plan. After the designing stages, it is build stage where coding of the system is done. In testing phase, the system is tested to verify that it is built as per the project specifications provided by the project client. The system is deployed in respective environment and once it is ready for using, it requires changing the code based on customer’s requests. The clinical decision making is a framework which required good quality judgment included critical thinking. The clinical decision making can improve nurses gain experiences for both the nurses and specialties (Freedman, Cockburn, & Simcoe, 2015). It is a contextual as well as continuous process where the data are being gathered, and evaluated to select the audiences based choices of actions. The nurses are making clinical decisions on daily basis so that decisions have effect on health care of patients. They are conscious process to make decisions to decide which evidences are used and through which patients. The decision making into the healthcare shared medical related decisions to engage the patients as well as providers to process intothecollaborativeprocessestoselectclinicaloptionswhichcanreflectonpatient’s preferences.
