The present report will discuss aboutQA Higher education with context of refurbishment of teaching rooms and computer labs in itspremises for ensuring staff and students to gain expertise and skills.Project Initiation documentBudgetary information: Project budgeting is referred as identifying total amount ofmoney allocated for particular project to use. This helps in controlling cost of projectwithin approved budget along with delivering goals of expected projects (Jamil andCarvalho, 2019). It is referred as key to bring business projects on particular time andbudget. With context to this case, this project will be launch in approximate budget of£50000.
