In the present study, Halo Living
has been taken, which moves
or relocate to High Street,
London UK from 8
Altrincham Rd, Styal,
Wilmslow SK9 4JE, UK.
This is because, they consider
new products and services in
their store to expand it in
further areas.
At new place, they are able to
arrange finance and implement
new operations successfully.

Characteristics
Halo Living moves in global areas High street London UK to
increase their efforts and ascertain unique hand made products
with more investment.
There are different resources employed which generate benefits
with period of time.

With respect to determine moving of Halo Living, there are
two theories applied. As a result, it can be stated that to
relocate office, the following frameworks must be considered
in project environment:

With office move of Halo Living, it is necessary to meet the changing needs of a
company. It can be taken as a large undertaking which is required to create a
detailed planning of project management. However, in critical evaluation, it
is vital to keep with minimum and downtime for business potential.
Following elements requires in design of Halo Living at new areas:

 Bathroom design
 Customer desk
 Display section

Front office
Front office is reception area
where Halo Living contact
with customers. They meet
with them in this area only.
This area must be attractive so
that customer can be attracted
easily.

Bathroom design
At new place, bathroom of
Halo Living design in
following manner. In this
regard, all hand made
furniture products used by
the enterprise.

Customer Desk
At customer desk, Halo Living
solve customer query to make
them happy and provide
products as per their
requirement. It is also known
as help desk at which
customer will easily visit
every time and take relevant
information as per their needs
and requirement.

Display section
In this section, Halo Living
show their different kinds of
furniture products to their
customers. Set-up display
assists to attract several
customers with systematic
characteristics.
Furthermore, employees can
give special attention to
each client to visit their
store.

DEVELOPMENT
Budget and finance
Total amount for move office is around £500. From this £120
spend on purchasing of raw-material. £100 spend on
marketing to promote product in new areas. In order to
relocate office, £130 requires on installation of equipments.
£50 spend to determines advertisement of new office.
Remaining amount spend on training and development
program of employees to make them efficient.

Final product
I had successfully undertaken to relocate Halo Living in High
Street London, UK. Appropriate budget also develop which
is beneficial to take systematic activities at new place.

 It can be concluded that new office move with relocation with
successful plan and develop with project management plan.
 It can be customised to create a specific plan Halo Living.
 As a result, list must be taken to complete and move with responsibility
and undertake appropriate tasks for hand made furniture. It assists to
attract several customers easily with relocation.
