MAIN BODY PROJECT MANAGEMENT 1 Project Initiation Document Project Initiation Document is the document which used to form the foundation of company project in the organization. This is the project which is used as a referencing project through out the project. There are many different component of this project i.e. Budget, Objective,Approach, Key staff and stakeholder analysis. Budget Budget is the estimation of different expenditure or income of the organization. This is carried out in this project to have a idea about amount of fund will require to carry out the project. In this Approach manager will be dividing the work to be done in the different phase and will be linking all the phase in such a way that it used to fall one after one (Meredith,Manteland Shafer, 2017). This approach will help project manager in resisting the different change very easily as in phase approach learning are generally done at the initial stage itself. Phase one: Core team will be formed in the organization which will be including Student, Coach, Project team and Project manager.
Phased Two: All the student will be sent the invitation for their participation in the event, also will ait for their confirmation. Phased Three: Platform will be developed at the ground under the supervision of the external coach in at the ground. Phased Four: Different refreshment provider will be allotted with their stores and stores will be developed in the ground. Phased Five:Finishing touch will be provided to the event by the way of supervising the operation of the business. Key Staff Core team will be key staff in the project, Also this key staff will include the external coach and project sponsor. Also core team in the project will make sure that they maintained a good level of clarity with the different stakeholder and project sponsor. Stakeholder Analysis Stakeholder analysis is the process which is done in the organization with the purpose of identifying all the person which are having a good sort of interest in the operation of the event. All the stakeholder used to have different sort of interest some of the stake holder are as follows: StakeholderImpactRationale ParentsHighTheyhasbeenchosenasa stakeholder as they are the one whowillbegivingthe permission to their children for going into the event and taking part in the same or not. They are completing in the favour of theeventastheywantthat their child is physical strong and mentally strong and sports used to play a very crucial role indoing thesame(Kerzner, 2019).Theycanimpactthe eventbynotallowingtheir
