1.Introduction & basic parametersProject management is considered as a critical process in any type of project. It connects allthe other activities of the project altogether. The various plans for meeting the needs of the clients anddelivering the quality project are developed. The different tool for managing the project ispresented. The processes that are used for managing the scope, risks, communication, humanresources, procurement, stakeholders, quality, time, cost, integration and safety of the94WBR-shed project are presented. The processes for managing these areas of the project aredescribed to demonstrate the understanding about managing the project. 2.Management of 94WBR-shed projectFor managing 94WBR-shed project, five phases will be considered that are:Project Initiation: in this phase, the requirements will be gathered such as client’srequirements are identified and the changes in the requirements take place. In the end, thephase ends with signing off of the requirements. Project Planning: In this phase, the requirements will be addressed like budget,requirements scope and timelines. The schedule will be developed after the project plan isderived. Resources will be allocated as per the schedule and budget[ CITATION Wri181 \l1033 ].Project Implementation: the team will carry out the activities assigned to them as per theschedule and the progress will be tracked with project schedule. The senior management will

be provided with updates of the project progress. The cost and efforts will be tracked foridentifying the progress. Project Controlling: with the help of the communication plan, quality assurance tests andthe project plan, the project will be controlled. The success of the activities will beascertained through comparing the outcomes with the planned outcomes. Project Closing: after meeting the requirements, the implemented system will be handedover and the project will closeout. The entire project will be evaluated and steps will be takento identify and reduce mistakes[ CITATION Bis18 \l 1033 ].3.TOOLS to manage the projectThe management of the project is important in order to accomplish the project in theavailable time and resources. There are different types of tools that are used for projectmanagement such as Gantt chart, Work Breakdown Structure and logic network.Gantt chart: Gantt chart is a project management tools that help in demonstrating therelationship among the tasks. It also helps in tracking the time, demonstrate the phases,milestones, resources and scheduling the project and the project activities[ CITATION Sea02\l 1033 ]. Hence, in the 94WBR-shed project, we can use this tool as it will help inestablishing relationship among the tasks, assigning resources, developing schedule andindicating milestones of the project. Work Breakdown Structure: it is mainly a tool for a hierarchical breakdown of the projectdeliverables that are required to be accomplished. It helps in braking down the deliverablesinto manageable parts that can be scheduled with cost estimation[ CITATION Dun18 \l1033 ].
