Introduction
The adoption of a suitable project management methodology is directly associated with the type
of business being pursuing and will rely heavily on the product being manufactured or produced
to determine the most suitable project methodology adopted (Haugan, 2011). Organisation C
is a technology service provider which is a fast growing and highly demanded field in today’s
world. This makes it important for the organization to ensure it's delivering the highest quality
services to its customers and continue testing and upgrading the existing technologies. It’s also
