chosen as the base organisation in order to complete the whole project effectively. It is a beauty
clinic located in Luton Town, UK. They offers various services which includes beauty therapies,
holistic treatment, massages and many more. Present report includes a detail discussion on
project management, its processes as well as its benefits to the organisation. Along with this, an
example is taken in the project which is a Trade Show Presentation which includes all the things
starting from the planning stage to the budget. In the 2nd part of this project it includes a
reflection of whole project. Also this part consist of a description on Belbin and Vark theory.

Reflection
On the basis of a project or workshop organised in a classroom I have faced ample
number of problems and issues. Along with all this, it has been determined by me that I felt
nervous and under confident while communicating with other people. With the help of
workshops conducted in the classroom I was able to communicate with lots of different
personality and developed effective skills by which I can get good feedback from people in an
effective manner. With the help of these projects and workshops I was able to develop
interpersonal, time management and communication skills. All these skills provide various future
opportunities to me in my near future. From all of the above, I noticed that I was very bad in
communicating with other when I met various individuals, I observe various peoples in order to
enhance my skills. I have started learning new and good things with the help of which I can
enhance my skills and capabilities. Along with this I have learn about time management during
the workshop and how to develop effective strategies in order to attain the goals within given
time period in a proper way. With the help of team members I was able to develop my own
learning skills so that I was able to give different kind of advice to people towards their buying
choice. Apart from this planning is the must important factor which defined various roles and
responsibilities within the event by which I analysed every business activity to people so that
they can get motivated and also attracted towards products.

learning styles within the company. This model is one of the best tool which helps employees
and students to adopt different learning concept effectively. VARK is the combination of 4
aspects that is Visual learners, Auditory learners, Reading learners and Kinaesthetic learners.
Visual learners: It refers to the different kind of graphics, charts, diagram, handouts and
so on in order to learn something which really good for visual learners. In reference with

CONCLUSION
As per the above mentioned report, it has been analysed that, project management plays
very important role in the development of overall organisation. As per the above part, it has been
concluded that there are various issues faced by me while conducting the whole event in an
effective manner. While communicating with other I feel very nervous and introvert. Completion
of this project help me in developing my communication skills, which will aid me in my near
future. On the other hand, I do not have problem solving skill, as when ever I face any problem I
become confused and nervous. Therefore, at the end of this whole event I have developed
problem solving skills which will assist me in my future and provide me various opportunities.
Along with this, the present research includes two main theories which is Vark theory and Belbin
theory. In case of Vark theory, it includes four elements which are Visual, Aural, Read/write and
Kinesthetic. With the help of this, an individual person will be able to enhance their learnings.
On the other hand, Belbin theory is used by the project managers in order to examine the
behavioural strengths and weakness of an individual and team at the workplace. According to
belbin theory employees will be able to play their role in an effective and perfect manner as well
as able to gain lots of knowledge from VARK model by which they can learn different kind of
concept in a perfect way. As per the above stated report, it has been also been identified that will
the help of conducting trade show I have enhanced my computing and communication skills,
which will assist me in my near future for various growth opportunities.
