INTRODUCTIONProject management process refers to an administration process for planning andcontrolling the services as well as implementation of the whole project. It is the practice ofexecuting, initiating, planning, controlling and closing the task or work of whole team in order toattain the goals within the given time period. Major aim of the project management is to attainthe goals and objectives of the project within the given time frame. On the other hand, objectiveof the project management is to complete the whole project according to the requirements andobjectives of clients(Fuller and et. al., 2017). In the present report, Luton Spa Therapies ischosen as the base organisation in order to complete the whole project effectively. It is a beautyclinic located in Luton Town, UK. They offers various services which includes beauty therapies,holistic treatment, massages and many more. Present report includes a detail discussion onproject management, its processes as well as its benefits to the organisation. Along with this, anexample is taken in the project which is a Trade Show Presentation which includes all the thingsstarting from the planning stage to the budget. In the 2nd part of this project it includes areflection of whole project. Also this part consist of a description on Belbin and Vark theory. Part 1Define ProjectA project refers to an activity which is developed by the management team of a companyin order to create a unique service or product. It consist of starting as well as ending date of thecompletion of task. In general words, project refers to the those activities which have a definitetime period along with a purpose and goal. For instance, a trade show presentation is going to beintroduce by Luton Spa Therapies. While planning an event main three objectives need to beconsider which includes cost, duration and quality. Trade shows provide huge number ofopportunities to the business by providing them advertisement platform to show case theirproducts and services (Kliem and Ludin, 2019). For this, managers of the beauty clinic going toplan the whole event do that they can attract large number of consumers towards their beautyclinic. Main aim behind trade show is to increase the customer base by developing strongrelationship with them as well as to target potential customers. It includes marketing plan,maintain loyalty and bond with customers. Along with this, budget is going to be developed by

the managers of beauty clinic. It has been analysed that it includes almost £ 5300 cost incompleting the whole trade show in an effective manner. Key stages of Project Management along with the explanation of Project Life CycleThere are five main stages of a Project Management which are going to be explained indetail as follows: Initiation stage: It is the initial stage of a project where board members defines theproject. Generally it start with a business case and also includes a feasibility testing. Withthe aid of business case all the requirements, need, cost as well as benefits will beidentified in advance. On the other hand, feasibility study includes overall evaluation ofthe project goal, its timeline and costs included in the execution of the project (Lientz andRea, 2016).Planning stage: It is the phase which leads to the successful management of a projectwhere goals and objectives are developed by the higher authorities and by the projectmanagers. With the assistance of well written plan of a project, effective output will bedeveloped. Project plan provides guidance and directions to the staff members in order tocontrol the risk, develop quality services and many more. Execution stage: It is the stage which is associated with the project management. At this,deliverables are developed and completed. It is the phase where team members getinformed about their roles and responsibilities. Execution phase means where all theplans are converted into actions. Performance Monitoring stage: This is the stage where performance of employees aswell as performance of the project is measured by the project management team. With thehelp of Key Performance Indicator, project managers will be able to monitor theperformance in an effective manner (Kerzner, 2018). Project Closure stage: It is the last phase where the whole project is completed and getclosed. In this phase, employees who are hired specially for the project get terminated atthis phase. After competing the project, managers sometimes conduct a meeting in orderto examine the whole project. Project management stages assist while conducting a trade show for Luton spa therapies.With this they will be able to know the starting and ending stage of the project. On the other

INTRODUCTION
A project will involves high term of actions that need to be executed by the project team.
The organisation will involves the planning organising and controlling of the courses of action
that are well known as project management. The individuals who are accountable to control all
the actions is known as project executive or project manager (Saake, 2021). The project
manager is an important person who are responsible for the project goals and targets and their
duration to execute the project in an efficient way with the best utilisation of the accessible
resources. The following report will involves the manner to clarify and estimate the growth of
the software as in the project. The project has been started with several sections of the software
and the following report will also contain the various sections of planning and various actions as
effectively and efficiently.
TASK 1 Initiation
Benefits and Limitation of outsourcing
Outsourcing is the procedure in which the task and roles of the project has been allocated
to the management who is particularly follow the section of work. It will support the
management to improve its profitability as they are capable to concentrate on their functional
actions and they will also maintained the task and the project that are assigned to them. They
should practice it as an expert who will offer them and effective work environment in the
respective management. The management will also provide them various opportunities to
outsource their project "software project" but it will also have various restrictions and margins
that might be measured by the respective management before outsourcing the task. Various
benefits and drawbacks of outsourcing are as follows -
Advantages
Cost Effectiveness - The outsourcing of the task might be demonstrated as cost
equivalent technique for the management for offering the task to an expert to will support
to the respective company of management to execute the task with efficient use of
accessible resources (Jones, 2021). They also have high competition in the field of the
market that will offer the management cost effectiveness to execute the task in fewer
capitals.

Project can be completed by professionalism - The professionals are recruited to execute
the task and the outsourcing will supports the respective management to execute their
role and plan in professional way (Xodjamuratova, 2021). The professionals will have
high tomb of abilities and sense of knowledge in terms of the task that are allotted to
them and they will try their best to complete managerial goals and targets.
Completion of project in given Timeline - As the task is executed by professional in
terms of outsourcing and the professionalism with suitable role and responsibilities in an
efficient manner. It will support the management to get the task completed before its final
deadline.
Limitations
Lack of control on project – As the project is executed and allocated to the professional
management the management will lose the regulation over the task. As per to the manner
of the project, the management will get the project after its execution and any variations
that the company required in between the task might not be ascertained by the
management at controlling level of the project.
Lack in Coordination in different task of the project – The project is a part of other task
in the management and requirements of the task will be determined by the employees of
the management not the professionals who are managing the company or to whom the
task is allocated. It might be resulted in deficiency in coordination of the activities that
are taken up to execute the project (Oukennou, and et.al., 2021). Particularly in the field
of the specific duty of the project that are subcontracted and it will maximize the risk of
deficiency of coordination in the project.
Possibility of conflicts - Task will distributed as per to the projects and its requirements
that have to accomplished by the team members by performing their roles and obligations
as effectively. It will arise certain conflicts and issues that might be have deficiency of
coordination among employees in the business of management.
