INTRODUCTION
A project will involves high term of actions that need to be executed by the project team.
The organisation will involves the planning organising and controlling of the courses of action
that are well known as project management. The individuals who are accountable to control all
the actions is known as project executive or project manager (Saake, 2021). The project
manager is an important person who are responsible for the project goals and targets and their
duration to execute the project in an efficient way with the best utilisation of the accessible
resources. The following report will involves the manner to clarify and estimate the growth of
the software as in the project. The project has been started with several sections of the software
and the following report will also contain the various sections of planning and various actions as
effectively and efficiently.
TASK 1 Initiation
Benefits and Limitation of outsourcing
Outsourcing is the procedure in which the task and roles of the project has been allocated
to the management who is particularly follow the section of work. It will support the
management to improve its profitability as they are capable to concentrate on their functional
actions and they will also maintained the task and the project that are assigned to them. They
should practice it as an expert who will offer them and effective work environment in the
respective management. The management will also provide them various opportunities to
outsource their project "software project" but it will also have various restrictions and margins
that might be measured by the respective management before outsourcing the task. Various
benefits and drawbacks of outsourcing are as follows -
Advantages
Cost Effectiveness - The outsourcing of the task might be demonstrated as cost
equivalent technique for the management for offering the task to an expert to will support
to the respective company of management to execute the task with efficient use of
accessible resources (Jones, 2021). They also have high competition in the field of the
market that will offer the management cost effectiveness to execute the task in fewer
capitals.

Project can be completed by professionalism - The professionals are recruited to execute
the task and the outsourcing will supports the respective management to execute their
role and plan in professional way (Xodjamuratova, 2021). The professionals will have
high tomb of abilities and sense of knowledge in terms of the task that are allotted to
them and they will try their best to complete managerial goals and targets.
Completion of project in given Timeline - As the task is executed by professional in
terms of outsourcing and the professionalism with suitable role and responsibilities in an
efficient manner. It will support the management to get the task completed before its final
deadline.
Limitations
Lack of control on project – As the project is executed and allocated to the professional
management the management will lose the regulation over the task. As per to the manner
of the project, the management will get the project after its execution and any variations
that the company required in between the task might not be ascertained by the
management at controlling level of the project.
Lack in Coordination in different task of the project – The project is a part of other task
in the management and requirements of the task will be determined by the employees of
the management not the professionals who are managing the company or to whom the
task is allocated. It might be resulted in deficiency in coordination of the activities that
are taken up to execute the project (Oukennou, and et.al., 2021). Particularly in the field
of the specific duty of the project that are subcontracted and it will maximize the risk of
deficiency of coordination in the project.
Possibility of conflicts - Task will distributed as per to the projects and its requirements
that have to accomplished by the team members by performing their roles and obligations
as effectively. It will arise certain conflicts and issues that might be have deficiency of
coordination among employees in the business of management.

has been divided in smaller sections or task of duties to execute in an efficient way and on the
