knowledge. Waitrose is the supermarket of UK, it’s want to build a brand image in their

services to customers (Sparrow, 2012) Waitrose is the supermarket that provide all kind of goods
and products to customers and also they care for society and public welfare and try to build an
effective and climate so society can accept their products in their life and get proper satisfaction

through them. Corporate-social-responsibility try to earn maximum profit through public welfare
and provide them fully security and also build effective and important image in the society and
it’s also build and develop an ethical and safe climate and environment for public.

business have to design and prepare an effective and suitable plan for management in the

full discriminant way. That help to refers cost, resources, time, targets, goals, communication
level, techniques, methods and all these think. Planning for project management through use
maximum resources and data at the low wastage and low rate of price that help to earn maximum
profits and help to develop their business and also increase working performance of their

associated with the current project. Apart from this, identification of suitable candidates

current project. However, every effort will be made to ensure that project is done in
proper manner.
 Risks: There is some of risk that is associated with project and one of them is that data

According to Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob, (2011) there is huge importance of CSR
for the business firms and there are number of reasons behind this. CSR that is conducted by the
firm create its positive image among the customers. This lead to increase in sale of the firm
product in the market. It can be said that CSR performance lead to earning of good amount of
revenue in the business. In past few years more and more firms are performing relevant activities
for benefit of society and such kind of things benefit them to great extent. Thus, it can be said
that CSR give multiple benefits to the business firms.
Contrary to this Doherty, Ashurst and Peppard, (2012) state that CSR always does not
have positive impact on the firms because it play less role in enhancing sale of the firm products.
This is because customers prefer any company product only when their needs are satisfied by it.
CSR or corporate social responsibility refers to performance of activates that are for benefit of
society. It create good image of the firm among customers but it does not mean that people will

compromise on front of satisfaction of needs. Thus, there is no correlation between sale of
product and CSR. In this report has been used qualitative research method so that there will be
produced an appropriate questioners in which will be discussing about the actual importance of
