INTRODUCTION
Projected tasks, activities and resources managing for a particular piece of work inn a
professionals manner is known as project management plan. There will be implication of various
methodologies which in turn helps in the completion of the projected plan in a right manner and
in precise time duration. In the present report, there will be discussion based on QAHE
university's event regrading refurbishment and renovation of teaching rooms and computing labs.
Managing director of this project is the main sponsor who has aimed at bringing 50,000 pounds
of investment in such event. The report will consist of work break down structure which will be
helpful in defining the adequate outcomes.
