INTROUCTION
Project management is the use of skills, knowledge and technique in order to deliver
values to people. The study is based upon Transport for London (TfL) who want to create more
than 800 homes. For that, the report will provide methodologies which need to be used and then
specify EST and LST time along with critical path. The study will determine stakeholder
analysis of project and describe 20 different types of risk that affect business.
TASK 1
Relevant methodologies
Methodologies are the set of principles and practices used to ensure the project’s
performance. Also, there are range of methodologies used by project manager such as Kanban,
Scrum, Prince2, waterfall, Agile etc. For the present project report, it has been identified that TfL
uses Waterfall as a project methodology because it is one of the traditional method and also
based upon different stages that helps to meet the defined aim (Dasović, Galić and Klanšek,
2020). Also, it is suitable for smaller projects with deliverables which makes the project easy to
implement and derive best results.
Advantages Disadvantages
Waterfall Provides clear structure and identify the
end goals.
Did not use in developing
software.
Prince2 Assists to meet the end goals because of
complying with different stages.
Requires experts to run a project
effectively.
Agile Uses superior quality product, better
control and satisfy the need of customer
Poor resource planning lead to
affect the result.
Scrum There is a transparency in project and this
lead to affect result
Due to lack of definite end-date,
project might affect the results.

Network diagram
Critical path
Critical path is a technique which is used to identify different steps required to project
completion (Desmond, 2017). As per the network diagram, the paths are as mentioned below:
Path 1:
1 + 2 + 4 + 5 + 9 + 10 + 20 + 21 + 22
Path 2:
1 + 2 + 4 + 5 + 9 + 10 + 21 + 22
The shortest days required to complete project are as mentioned below:
Path 1:
1 day + 14 days + 7 days + 7 days + 2 days + 84 days + 5 days + 1 days + 10 days = 131 days
Path 2:
1 day + 14 days + 7 days + 7 days + 2 days + 84 days + 1 days + 10 days = 126 days
Thus, the shortest time required by project manager to complete the project is 126 days by
following the path 2.

TASK 3
Stakeholder analysis
Stakeholder analysis is the process of systematically gathering and analyzing entire
qualitative information to identify whose interest should be taken into an account in order to
develop any program or project. For the project, there are two types of stakeholders which are as
mentioned below:
Internal: Such type of stakeholder has an interest in a company or project which includes
employees, board member, owners.
External: This type of stakeholder actually invests or disinvest in a company and
sometimes they might bring the changes in a firm to improve the decision making
(Battisti and et.al., 2020). For example, project, customers, suppliers, creditors and local
community.

project and they also make the greatest efforts to satisfy them. In this, keep satisfied
category fall where board of members of TfL and owners included.
High power and low interest: Such type of stakeholder need to be satisfied and keep
informed is the category which fall under this. For that, government and competitor have
power to make changes in project (Kerzner, 2019).
Low power and high interest: Such type of stakeholder create high influence, if they do
not get anything. In this, Monitor fall under this where customers and employees are fall
in the category.

TASK 6
Quality expectation, acceptance criteria
Quality expectations: The expectation with regard to the present project must be high
because it helps to improve the results and derive the best outcomes as well.
Acceptance criteria: To select the best resource, acceptance criteria must be high where
project manager should avoid all the unnecessary details that helps to meet defined aim.
Quality Specification: In this, quality standard tool can be applied along with quality
management plan (Llorens and Viñoles-Cebolla, 2021).
Controlling: Effective monitoring should be done in order to control negative impact
upon project
CONCLUSION
By summing up above it has been concluded that by using Waterfall project management
methodology assists the company to implement the project effectually. Also, it takes 126
minimum days in order to complete the project and there are different risks faced by the
company and this need to be improved by taking effective strategies. Moreover, by using quality
expectation and acceptance criteria, project manager can control the events.
Recommendation
It is to be recommended to use KPI in order to complete the defined project on time and
minimize the issue that cause negative impact.
Further, it is also suggested to use experts as a human resource that helps to share the
strategies in effective manner.
