TASK-1
The aim with relation to this project is: ‘To provide a healthy entertainment and exposure to
audience with the launching of musical event’
Objectives:
To ensure healthy entertainment and exposure to the audience of London.
To gather a large number of participation and revenue generation for the London with the
launching of the event.
The main reason that is chosen for this project is to ensure that the people would get some free
time for themselves and enjoy the positive exposure of the life with the rejuvenation of musical
event.
Project management would include a series of techniques that could assist the project to
meet its objectives (Müller, Drouin and Sankaran, 2019). Out of those technique the waterfall
technique would be considered as best technique in the context of project management. Waterfall
methodology is of the best method of project management under which a linear progression from
the beginning to end of the project would be followed. As per this methodology the project
would be made break into a series of phases and a high with equal consideration would be paid
towards each phase so that the outcome of the entire project would meet the objectives. It is to be
noted that under this technique the next phase will not begin until the previous phase would not
be completed (Andrei and et.al., 2019). Also this technique would not have allowed to return on
the previous completed phase. Using of clear structure, determination of the end result at early
phase, well adequate transformation of the information would all counted as major advantages of
this methodology. However, on the other hand it bears certain loopholes including the lack of
flexibility, high consumption of cost and time (Ajam, 2018).
This technique is considered as best for the concerned project because with the use of this
technique the output of the entire project would be well justified. In the same way with the
implication of this technique the project would meet its objectives more adequately in better
resource management and effectively.

While making an analysis of the above stakeholder analysis it can be interpreted that it is
important that the concerned stakeholder would be determined adequately. Also it is important
that a high focus would be laid towards those stakeholders who have high power and interest like
the supplier or the investors. This is because if they would not be focussed then this would have
a severe impact towards the project and its outcome.
