Furthermore, the projects managers help in managing different tasks as well as workforce by producing proper reports and charts. Moreover, they also help in proper time management, customer satisfaction, managing project risk as well as assists in monitoring the risks of the project. b) Analyze responsibilities as a project manager in implementing the project It is identified that in order to implement the fundraising project effectively, the project manager is responsible for planning the entire project effectively by creating roadmap.
