a) Analyzing roles as a project manager in implementing project
It is found that in order to implement the fundraising project for renovating Sikh temple,
the project manager plays an important role. They have the role to undertake initiation, planning,
execution as well as closure phases of the fundraising projects effectively. They generally have a
number of combinations is skills that help them in detecting unstated assumptions for resolving
different types of conflicts as well as for managing the projects effectively (Kerzner, 2017).
Their role includes recognition of the risks in the project that directly impact the success
likelihood of the project so that the risk must be formally as well as informally measured in the
entire project lifetime (Kerzner, 2019). They also take proper decisions both small as well as
large for the project. In addition to this, the project manager generally controls the risks and
generally minimizes different types of project uncertainty. The decision that the project manager
generally makes helps in creating proper impact on the benefit of the project quite effectively.
Furthermore, the projects managers help in managing different tasks as well as workforce by
producing proper reports and charts. Moreover, they also help in proper time management,
customer satisfaction, managing project risk as well as assists in monitoring the risks of the
project.

It is identified that in order to implement the fundraising project effectively, the project
manager is responsible for planning the entire project effectively by creating roadmap. During
the planning of the project, the managers generally defines the project scope and creates proper
