A Critical path analysis method or critical path analysis logarithm of a particular
scheduling in a set of project activities, It is generally used in conjunctions with the program
evaluation and review technique, where the critical path is determined by identifying the
different and longest stretch of dependent activities and measuring the time required to
complete these activities from the beginning to the end (Young, 2016).
Rational
This includes the simple steps which are mentioned below:
Step 1: listing all the activities in a single plant, where all the activities are arranged within
the earliest start date and estimating the length of time taken within each activity.
Step 2: plots the activities as a circle or in arrow diagram. This will help in critical path
analysis which will directly related to the circle for arrow diagram where the circle through
the event of the project as well as finishing of the task and the arrow shoes the flow of task
from one period to another (Portny, 2017).

Work breakdown structure in tabular swami is also important for the specification of project
where it identify all the key elements within the project and impact directly on the
performance of that project by providing different information regarding it (Badewi, 2016).
In context of current project the tabular form of WBS comparison of six elements is

CONCLUSION
concluded from the above mentioned report that it is important for every project to
clearly identify its different key stakeholders which will directly help in making the project
successful as well as giving the advantage of completion of different objective. Also
identified that a project manager must divide the budget in an adequate form where the
objectives can be achieved . Work breakdown structure must be mentioned within the project
which will directly influence the behaviour as well as provide different information about the
project and help the organisation in gaining the proper position and fulfilling the objectives of
the given project. The Importance of trees works breakdown structure, which are determined
above and will have the organisation in maintaining. It in a tree and a tabular form with
