INTRODUCTION
The term project management plan is referred as the Formal and approved document that defines
the execution of the project. It also includes the monitoring, controlling of the project. The project
management plan is also the summary or a detailed document which involves the baselines,
subsidiary management plans and other planning documents. The document is used to define the
approach of the project team and how long it takes to deliver the conscious project management
scope of the project(Frederico 2021). This report will include the project management of the open
air music theatre event which aims at the awareness of The lords mayor appeal charity which is
celebrating the Better city for all event.
TASK 1
Project objective
The term project objectives are referred as the planning of the achieving of ultimate benchmarks by
the completion of the project. This include deliverable and assets, or more intangible objectives
such as the increasing productivity and motivation. The project objectives should be attainable, time
bound and can be measured with the progress of the tasks and the activities of the project. The event
of open air music theatre to celebrate the better city (Galli 2018). Given below are the objectives of
the event
 To honour the participation of the Samaritans in LMAC project.
 To complete the project within the time duration along with the proper management of the
resources.
 To Evaluate the tasks and activities of the project that can challenge the success of the
project event.
Project methodology
The term project methodology is referred as the set of various guiding principles and processes
which are used to plan, manage and execute the projects. The project methodology is considered as
an important part of the project management process which helps to choose the different ways of
how the work can be prioritised and completed. The project management methodology is the set of
principles which can be used for the management of the project and its completion. There are

various project methodologies, in which one of them is Agile project methodology. This
methodology can analyse the project and the perspective of various activities which are to be
managed. The Agile methodology will be the most suitable for this project of the Open air music
event.
Justification for the chosen project methodology
The Agile project methodology is considered as the most flexible methodology which can be used
to handle most of the projects. The project is based on the social nature which deals with the social
values and spreading of the awareness. The Agile methodology is chosen because this methodology
is team collaborative. The project requires the high coordination and collaboration of the team
which can be promoted with the help of Agile project methodology(Grandage 2021). The Agile
project methodology will also help the team to achieve the main project goals and will also help in
the better management of the project. The implementing of this methodology will help the team to
access the data and the resources towards the completion of the project.
TASK 2
Network diagram
The network diagram of LMAC open air music event represent a methodological connection with
the various activities of project management and its aspects. This network diagram will also provide
the brief information about the staring time of the event and the activities and the end time of the
event. This diagram will also help to identify the time or the path with the help of which LMAC
can manage and complete the event in an effective and efficient way. The Network diagram will
also help the project manager to find out the shortest and longest way of completing the tasks and
activities of the event.

The above given diagram of the project manager states that if he\she goes well with the red arrows
so it will be considered as the short way and it will take less time to complete the event. If the
LMAC will follow all the tasks and activities in the systematic manner then it will take much longer
to complete the task. The task can also be delayed due to the longer duration of the tasks and
activities. The Network diagram will also help the project manager to analyse and take the step
according to the best fit which will ensure the completion of task on time.
Gantt chart
The project management of the mentioned event of Open air music, The Gantt chart will provide
the certain details about the time frame which will be needed for the completion of the activities.
This Gantt chart divides the activities into different categories and time frame is also been allotted
to them. With the help of these timelines the project manager will be aware about the requirement of
time and its estimate to complete the even on time(Picciotto 2020).

TASK 3
Stakeholder Analysis
The term stakeholders is referred a the people who shows their interest towards the functioning of
the Business activities and vents which are organised by different types of organisation. To achieve
the growth of the various tasks and activities of the Business and the organisation, The good
relationship between the stakeholders as they will help the business to achieve the path of success
by accomplishing the targeted objectives. The stakeholders will get the furnish with the Business or
an organisation when they accomplish their needs and wants. There are two types of Stakeholders
which are as follows
 Internal stakeholders
The internal stakeholders are the one who are related with the inner management of the company
and they also contributes towards the achievement of the project. The Internal stakeholders also
Effect the Business directly.
 External stakeholders
The External stakeholders are the one which are related with the outside environment of the
Business. They can also effect in various ways. The external stakeholders have direct impact on the
interest and intercession by the activities of the Business.
Stakeholder management matrix
The term stakeholder management matrix is considered as an important part which can help the
project manager to find out the interest and involvement of the stakeholders in the project. This
matrix will also help LMAC to utilise the influence of their stakeholders and their interest towards
their open air music event.
The LMAC music event the stakeholders which are needed to be analysed are the orchestra team ,
music band(Zhou and Guo 2021). The customers and the audience, Printing media and news
channels are the one whop will be informed regarding the happening of the event. The people who
are needed to be satisfied are the Government administration along with the project manager and
Samaritans too, these are the people which should be managed in an effective way.

 Expecting good quality
The project manager of the open air music event wants the best of their potential to complete this
project. The LMAC is finding various ways by which it can achieve the success iof its project. The
project manager should analyse the risk which can effect the project and the event.
 Acceptance criteria
The various methods and proper management have been discussed with the team according to
which the various tasks and activities should be opted. The various strategies and tactics have been
provided by the manager which should be accepted and followed.
 Quality specification criteria
The selecting of the areas which can effect the event and which are playing important role in the
completion of the events should be decided. This will help in the achievement of the successful

project.
CONCLUSION
The above report have concluded the various aspects of project management. Further more, The
objectives of the project, project methodology along with the network diagram and Gantt chart were
been provided in the context of Open air music event. Along with that, the stakeholder analysis and
risk analysis were detailed along with the mitigation of risks as well. The Quality management of
the project were also highlighted so as to make it more clear and understandable.
