4.1 Outsourcing needs of project activities
The project activities are generally outsourced due to the expenditure and it is
identified that in this particular project, the activities are generally outsourced due to the taxes
as well as for providing a number of benefit to the employees of the organization [3]. In
addition to this, efficiency is considered as another reason for outsourcing project activities as
the employees need to properly deal with the project which requires proper training about the
project management practices that is generally required in successful completion of the
project activities. The activities that are outsourced while implementing the Trash eating
drone are generally listed below:
