Project Scope
The primary scope of the project is to build a house for Mr. and Mrs. Joe Smith on the
1000 sq. m. of the land owned by the family. The area for the proposed building is 400 sq. m.
and accordingly, the project plan needs to be developed. Furthermore, it is expected that the
building can be completed within a time period of 1 year and an estimated budget of $1 million.
