The contractors would not affect any design over the project. The apprentices would also follow
each of the approved orders from the contractor

The contractors should properly understand the project requirements as directed and
visioned by the project owner and Airbnb officials. They should then direct the work to the
apprentices in order to accomplish the success criteria of the project.
