INTRODUCTION
Project management refers to the application of the method is skill, knowledge, processes

Institute which is a provider of Central London higher education. This Institute offers UG and
PG degree course in law, accountancy and business management. This institute planning for
organizing funfair in first week of September 2021. This project is going to be implemented and
will cover all cost and project details with time. Scope. risk and communication management
(Mazzetto, (2018)).

1.1 Project description
It is necessary to have the information regarding overview of the project for clarity of
facilitating different activities to take effective decision for completion of project within time
frame with systematically. Bloomsbury Institute well organized funfair for students and children
both in first week of September 202. For this project, there is estimated cost about £7000.
1.1.1 Project Objectives
 To organize funfair for students and teacher in September 2021 within £7000 of budget.
 To identify different risk associated with fun fair within four months or before its
implementation
 To decline cost of fun fair by 10% bye maximum utilization of resources.
1.2 Project Scope
Designing project scope for implementing of different activities with in effective manner.
So, there could be several population can get attracted for taking admission within this Institute.
Here, there is complete process which includes relevant finding of venue, setting times for
different fun activities and preparation of welcome speech. It is stated that effective management
of event can develop the way through which student and teachers of Institute can deliver their

liabilities. Higher objective of event is for create attention of people towards activities within
institute. This can create awareness about the institute that can lead to create attraction and
awareness of people regarding their curriculum or subjects which can able to influence increase
number of admissions (Ramesh, (2018)).
1.3 Assumptions
There are different things which are needed for attaining plan for deciding the venues for
grabbing attention of guest along with students as per the anticipation. It can comprises of
prediction which is related with proper arrangement should be carried out through the
information which has been gathered by different participants. There are various task which are
required for organizing and managing in effective way for facilitating on fair adequate and
successful.
1.4 constraints
There are different factor which are related with management of different activities
should be effective and with appropriate manner. These constraints and different activities are
going to be discussed further.
Financial constraints- Bloomsbury requires funding for coordination and
implementation of different activities and operations with in effective manner. It is necessary to
get approval from higher authority for facilitating event implementation with full regards and
without any delay or any type of interactions by other governments.
Capital constraints- This is the one which is a important factor within overall project
schedule. Moreover, it consists of welcoming different chief guest, different fun activities and
other people for ensuring the success of funfair. This funfair is mainly based on human resource
and fund say which is highly required for arranging them in for implementation of project plan
by respective Institute (Saleem, (2019)).
Time constraints- Time is highly required for preparation of different activities which
are going to be implemented in funfair for different activities. There are different time period set
for implement in time frame that can lead to not get compromised by other activities schedule.
There are different activities which should be coordinated and manage within time frame which
can provide limitation of project in first week of September 2021.
