Background
The project of Game On is developed for easing the processing of the improved communication process. The complete project comprises of 4 sub
projects namely fitting out the Gold Coast office space, Information Technology Installation, training for new customer experience, and Gold Coast
launch. The project completion would result in developing the final event of 2018 Commonwealth Games at Gold Coast.
Project Sponsor: The Commonwealth Games Organization and the State Government of Gold Coast are the sponsors of the project.
Project Stakeholders: The complete project would involve a number of project stakeholders including the participants, organizing committee, state
government, and project team members.
Justification
The project is deployed for executing the implication of the activities for aligning the implication of the activities for ensuring that the project would be
executed successfully and the alignment would be helpful for forming the utilization of the project activities. The project is executed for ensuring that
the 2018 Commonwealth Games at Gold Coast can be executed properly.
