If HR fails to manage the functions properly , company can have shortage of man power when there is peak season. Another challenge face by company is to find the right employee at right time. Skill is essential for employees which will set them apart from others. It is prime duty of HR tohire the skill and experienced employees because it will reduce the cost and and from day one employees will perform at their best. Day care is a very tough job and retention rate are high so HR must provide every possible facilities which are required to maintain standard lifestyle. An indication of the methods to be used In order to effectively conduct this research, both the form of data collection method namely, primary data collection method as well as secondary data collection method in undertaken as to initiate research prospective in well defined manner. Mentioned below of the method is defined: Primary:Primary data is defined as data which is collected for the first time and it is use to build the model for research. The data are collected in various ways such as surveys, interview and experiments. The primary data ensure the authentication and quality of the research. The is method provide the statistical data and provide sampling for a particular research. With the help emerging technology the survey tools and software for primary data has become the first choice for the researcher. There some methods such interview, which is the most effective and convince method of collecting the survey. In this interviewer create set of questions and according to that respondent provide feedback. There are several method of interview such as telephonic face to face or on Skype. Secondary:It is the data which is collected by someone else for the purpose to complete the undergoing project. The data-are already available and research can avail all the information for internet and other sources. The data which is collected can be from external sources and internal sources. Sale report and company information are one of the important internal sources of secondary data whereas social books, libraries , internet , magazines and business journals are the external source of information. The secondary data are both qualitative and quantitative and information which is collected by newspaper and diaries are qualitative data where as quantitative data are collected from surveys,, financial statement and from ststastics. There are some advantage opf secondary data is that they can easily available and required less time.
