From the above descriptive statistics, it has been found that most of the participants are
employees and the rest are students. Most of the students are working part-time, and most of the
employees are working full-time (Gambacorta and Iannario, 2013). The employees who are
working part-time are satisfied with their job even if the salary scale is low. The part-time
working employees reported that part-time jobs are good for flexible timings even if the salary is
low. The others who are working full-time reported that they have an inflexible working time,
communication issues and these affects their personal timings and emotions. From the above list,
females are earning more than the males. Each and every company should provide appropriate
salary to appropriately positioned employee. Males and females should not be discriminated
based on their salary scale and other factors.
