1.1 Project Title
The title of the project is development of employment pathways for Sudanese
community in Western Australia.
1.2 Project Background
The paper mainly reflects on Sudanese community in western Australia. It is found
that the Sudanese community people faces more pressure in their workplace due to their
language as well as cultural issues. The government of western Australia also does not
provide proper opportunity of working for the Sudanese community and therefore they face
lot of risks as well as challenges. This factors are considered to be helpful in undermining
the targets of south Australia by enhancing employment. It is found that there are number of
gaps and challenges that are faced by the Sudanese community due to the potential risk due
to absence of linguistic as well as culturally unavailability of communities.
