Executive SummaryThe entire project is based on the implementation of a delirium screening tool in ABC Hospital. In this hospital, the doctors often fail to detect delirium among patients due to lack of sufficient technical support and hence, this screening tool will help them in the process. The tool will also help them monitor the condition of the patients and provide quick medication. As per the analysis, the project will cost around $650,000 and will take place for around 5 months for completion. The operations manager of ABC Hospital has requested for this project after an analysis stated that many delirium affected patients have serious nervous breakdown in the hospital due to late detection and medication for the condition.
