cortisol and is produced by adrenal glands. Cortisol hormone is quite essential towards regulation
of blood pressure as well as functioning of various human body systems such as circulatory,
cardiovascular and reproduction in males. In this, stress is usually a normal physical and

Levels of stress generally range from 0 to 100, where starting range of stress such as 0 to
25 is considered as resting state. The range of stress level between 26 to 50 is considered as low
stress level. In addition, medium stress level is between 51 to 75 and above 75 is considered as a
high stress level. There are various types of stress that can affect functioning of body and these
are such as physical, emotional and cognitive stress. In context with physical stress, it is
generally a pulling of muscle slipping, shoulder dislocating and many more. Examples of this
here include pains and acute aches, elevated blood pressure level and so on. In contrast with
emotional stress, having feeling of psychological stress, frustrations, reduced self-esteem are
mainly considered as emotional stress. Cognitive stress is generally an experience of stress
response. It can be normal, moderate or an essential alarm (Fang, Huang and Hsu, 2019).
