INTRODUCTION
Hospitality industry is one of the main part of tertiary business that will provide the facilities
and services to the visitors. These facilities offered by hospitality organisation that plays an
essential role in tourism sector in international and domestic sections. Hospitality industry
mainly make arrangements of the food, accommodation and different facilities to visitors
(Larson, and et.al., 2020). The management consider in this report is The Cavendish Hotel. It is
situated in London, 81 Jermyn Street, St James's, London SW1Y 6JF. It is managed by Ascott.
The hotel is better recognised for the Duchess of Duke Way. The hotel is proud to endure
providing modern and latest manner of 4 star lodging though sitting securely with its antiquity
between the sophisticated nobleman’s outfitters of Jermyn Street.

Managerial challenges
The Constantly Changing Expectations of Customers – Managers in the hospitality
industry are facing various issues at present time than they did in the past for the
orientation of the new techniques and methods that have different consumer performance.
Continued Technological Changes and regular innovation – By applying new
techniques and methods in the hotel it will be easy for the consumers to phrase the
manner in the innovation sector.
Political and Security challenges – The issues and problems that managed by hotel
sector in the form of political and security section (Moretto, and et.al., 2020). By dealing
with it, the consumers can be easily deal with hotel staff as effectively.
Skilled labour shortage, staff turnover and Irregular working hours – By shortage of
labour, staff will get the goodwill down of the hotel. Hence, there will be adequate term
of labour and workers to manage their consumers in the hotel.
Booking and Revenue challenges – The booking and revenue window also have various
issues from consumes or visitors side, as they will get aggressive and talk rubbish with
hotel staff.
