Abstract
The main objective of this research is to assess role of employee motivation on organization
performance with respect to Woolworths limited. Part 1 of the report demonstrates the Catwoe
model that is used for addressing the business issues. For Catwoe analysis, different factors are
considered such as organizational background, organizational issues, internal or external issues,
stakeholders and its interest as well as, project benefits. Along with this, in the second part, a
research proposal is discussed where; different factors are considered such as introduction,
literature review, research methodology, and Gantt chart.
